100% cotton 5.2oz 'comfort soft' tee shirts; Multiple dyes were mixed to achieve unique colors at varying tones, no one tee shirt is exactly the same. After the initial dye wash, each shirt was left to hang dry, rinsed, and then washed again in boiling water with dye fixative for long lasting color. Logo tags on the back of each shirt were dye washed and then re washed with fixative in the same process, and embroidered with three varying tones of thread to match each tee shirt’s color. Finally, they were sewed in varying horizontal and vertical patterns in the same lower right position on the back of each shirt. Air brush paints were then mixed to match the colors and respective tones of each tee shirt. The two front designs were stenciled on one piece at a time and then individually ironed for lasting effect.
